It depends on how excited you are. It does make a difference, and .5 difference in length or even nearly 1" from someone who makes you really excited would be believeable.

I've always suspected that guys reach their maximum length and girth near osgasm and maybe during brief periods during a sex act where they are especially turned-on. I know I've felt like that near orgasm at times. I've also had more than a few women say it felt like I got bigger near orgasm or at times when I really knew I was very very excited.
