friction rash on penis head

Do any of you guys ever get a friction rash when jerking off?

I get little red spots or sometimes light splotching, but only when I jerk off or have sex - then I wash and BAM they're gone.

As you can imagine this causes concern because this has never happened. It's been going on for about a year now.

Does ANYONE know about this? What should I do?

Have you tried using lube when jacking off? I used to get a friction rash but started using a good quality lube and haven't had another problem.
Try liquid KY or something like GUN OIL H2O.

What did your friction rash look like? The only thing I've tried is warm water from the sink. That helps some.

I'm uncut, so typicall I don't need any lubricant. It's soft skin against skin (which is the fun part of having a hood). So I'm in the bathroom, and I want to pop my cork, and I look around, and I have soap, lotion (and the brand I have burns if it get in the slit), and the warm water from the sink.

I'm a dork, but I went with the warm water in an attemp to keep the friction rash from coming up ... it would worry me to know that I was walking around with some splotches on the head of my penis.

try not using anything. If you're uncut, the skin should provide you with all the motion you need. I'm not really knowledgeable about uncut cocks, bro.

I get that too if I'm sitting around watching porn and stroking on and off for hours...with no lube. but as you say, it goes away quickly so it doesn't really bother me (and doesn't happen every time if I'm careful about how I'm jerking)

This happens rather quickly and it doesn't even have to be after hours of jerking off.

I had this problem. I am uncut. I had this girlfriend and we were doing it all the time. I got a red rash on the head of my dick. When I would get a hard on I would bleed through the rash. I went to the doctor. He told me that it was due too much local irration. He prescribed Micolog Cream. It was a mud color and stained all of my underwear. Problem eventually went away.

A huge fallacy right there (no pun intended).

Just because someone has a foreskin, doesn't mean they can jerk off like there's no tomorrow without doing themselves an injury as the OP is experiencing. Contrary to popular belief, the foreskin doesn't provide lube so, if his hand (or anything else) is repeatedly rubbing against his bare head, then he's going to experience a reaction such as these spots that he's talking about. It's not like the foreskin is an oil slick that's dripping KY. Just like having an eyelid keeps your eyeball from drying out, it doesn't mean you can then repeatedly rub your bare eyeball without causing damage.

The OP needs to use adequate lube.
