What's the best size for the most and worst size for the least?

I realize that most women in this forum will prefer to have exceptionally large dicks but what do you think would be the best length for a man to have to be good with ALL women. A length that would satisfy size queens but not intimidate or destroy regular or smaller girls?

Do you think the magic 8" would fulfill that duty or maybe smaller?

I'm more interested to know what would be the best overall size to impress the greatest number of women and scare away the least. If you have a comment to answer that concerning girth that would be cool too.
