A pool jet is not a sex toy. It's a nozzle in pools/jacuzzi's that either feed or syphon water out of the pool to the filtration system. Some people experiment with the suction aspect of these nozzles, thinking they could offer a kinky thrill.

However since they are made of metal or plastic and generate above human tolerant suction they can be uncomfortable, and even dangerous.
