I would have done the same thing as your coworker did if I noticed someone had a hardon at work. Just smile and go on. Heck, I am a social nudist.....at least you have clothes on. You won't get arrested or anything. Some people will notice and some people won't. The only people that I have noticed that will get offended is people that are jealous.......women that have been molested as a child and they think every hard dick that they see is only hard because of them.....and they take it personally like you plan to do them harm with it. And probably religious people because of their particular views.
How do you hide a hardon from coworkers? I guess just do the best that you can. Push it to the side. Untuck your shirt if you can. If you are sitting down, put something on your lap......Think Baseball, baseball, baseball. It should go down after a while.
What would I do if I saw you like this? I would probably smile and give you a little wink. If a woman notices and smiles that is giving you a compliment. You have been noticed. I would think that is a good thing.
Only thing is......I wouldn't want this to be an all the time thing. You don't want to be the employee that is known to have a 24 hour boner all the time. You don't want to become the talk at the water cooler.
