You make a good point. I noticed I get a little and I mean a little more growth in length but if anything I get much more girth. I think that's the natural tendency regarding the growth of the penis is that gains in length and than gradually later it fills out.

Seems reasonable that some people could experience growth into their 20s ... you're right, 18 is just a number, and everyone's body is "programmed" differently. My balls have grown a bit since I was 18.
There is no real set rule in this one. The cessation of growth in length is actually determined by a change in the ligament structure. Thickness gains are possible for a long time after that.
