When did your cock stop growing?

Hey everyone I was just wondering when the last time was for other guys to have their cock grow. (and I don't mean an erection lol)

Right now I'm 19 and in the last month my dick has grown about an extra inch (not that i'm complaining) I was just wondering if this was normal for everyone or if its rare. I know puberty usually stops for guys around 16 or 17.
