Help some skin problems with my penis

Ok so for the longest time I had these little dry skin slits I would call them on my shaft. Their little lines . Like a crack in the skin. Well recently say the last 6 months theyhave gotten worse. Basically its like the skin is cracked. Its only about half an inch but it feels horrible and gets really irratated. Anyone else have this or know how to treat it ? Also I have some Pearly penile papules like 7 or 8 right on the back of my head. Two little rows. These I really want gone. Any info/comments would be great . Thanks

I wonder if you have psorasis? Do you have any on your scalp or elbow/knees?

You really should go see a doctor about that, and probably a dermatologist.
