I can't imagine stopping the stroking before, during or after ejaculating. After my orgasm my strokes may be shorter and slower and then stripping the last drops of come out of my dick so I won't get as much dripping after shooting. Sometimes I can pull a second one off but usually I just hold on until things quiet down. On the few occasions that my wife has jacked me off the experience is sublimely different and the afterglow while she still holds me is wonderful and is only broken when she feels the need to wipe her hands off.
