But i have heard about Rapidshare, and quite frankly wasn't too suited to have that on my PC. rapidshare sucks. i don't want to pay for porn. whenever i see all these great sounding links you guys post, i download one, and then don't come back til tomorrow and i download another.

i don't spend more than half an hour during a pornhunt session, so i don't really like to wait 9 min or whatever for rapidshare's site to let me download another file. and i don't know about now, but back in the day their site was a LOT slower, and you had to wait significantly longer than 9 min, especially if the file you already downloaded was larger.

they may be senior posters with great clips, but i'm sure they are intelligent enough to figure out that while rapidshare works, it's a bitch. there are other sites out there.

none of those require payment for unlimited downloads, and some of them allow you to view the clips as .flv's or .mpeg's or .avi's (or whatever their native format is) without downloading them (to a non-temp/non-cache folder), which many of us don't like to do.

and if we really like the clip, after watching it in the browser it is more often than not ALREADY IN that cache folder. unless it's an .flv, which can then be quite easily saved without typing in any codes or clicking two confirmation boxes with a 0.7 minutes to wait between each click.

so annoying.

Chuck, I would never pay for porn on a site like that, so I agree with you about the Mia site, and I never responded in regards to that anyway. I just can't figure out why some people get so greedy and spoiled over their free porn that they get irritated when the porn has to be waited for for NINE *gasp* minutes (OMG!). And then the audacity of making me wait sometimes as long as a half a DAY (OMG!) to download another full, high quality scene for FREE. We must be complete assholes for making you guys go through that torturous misery.

Let me tell all you spoiled brats a little story. Chuck this is not totally directed towards you, but rather to all those that have complained about the method or quality of our hard work:
I can't speak for others on this site, so I'll just explain to you some of the things I have done on numerous occasions. I have taken fragmented scenes of porn, and painstakingly loaded them onto my crappy ass Windows Movie Maker and fused them into a single WMV. And I don't know if you guys are familiar with WMM, but it is TERRIBLE! Sometimes it takes two hours to do something like that only to have the entire thing CRASH right before the final WMV is complete, causing you to either start over from scratch, or just abandon the project all together. Then, once the scene in complete, THEN you have to load it on to Megaupload or Rapidshare which could take over an hour depending on the size of the file.

And why on EARTH would I do this? So that spoiled, lazy morons like you don't have to download more than one file in order to enjoy it. Because I am smart enough to know that if I leave it in fragments, you will then have to wait an entire day for one scene. By fusing it together, you lazy bastards can complain within 30 minutes of receiving it.

Another thing that I have done, and I know many others have done is scour the internet for many many many hours on end for good scenes. When we find them we neatly post a link in categorized threads for all you lazy bastards to complain about.

Now you can THANK us for going through all the trouble to help entertain you NOT ONLY FOR FREE, but ALSO as CONVENIENTLY as possible, then appologize for exposing all of us hard workers to your pampered little bratty tantrum,

or you can F#CK OFF.

I've downloaded tons of files from Rapidshare, Megaupload, and ZShare. First of all Megaupload and Rapidshare have almost the exact same rules. BOTH site make you wait a minute or two, both make you type in a code, BOTH MAKE YOU WAIT FOR A NEW DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU ARE A PREMIUM MEMBER. Where the hell have YOU been?????????????

And also, ZShare good in that you can watch a bunch of videos all at once, but is worse than the other sites on other issues. Like first of all, the site can get bogged down (with animated banner ads) and cause a jumpy picure. Second of all you can't fast-fwd or skip through the scene until it is practically over, and sometimes NEVER. I usually end up downloading the file anyway which makes it not much better than the others, and sometimes the downloaded file does not allow me to fast forwad or skip. That makes the file useless imo.

Anyway, you seem a little behind the times or maybe you have a Megaupload Premium account and you don't even realize it?

yes, i am behind the times, even though you are the one who uploads your porn to pre-flash-video websites. even though you are the one fusing your video clips on windows media maker, instead of downloading any of the free open-source variants that are faster, more stable, more powerful, and just better.

additionally, the ability to fast-forward in a downloaded file is not a function of the website you downloaded it from. it's the encoding of the file.

if, like you say, "sometimes" you can't skip, it's obviously not the case that zshare changes the file format. some people upload avi's that can't be progressed.

and on any of the flash sites, YES, you can skip ahead, you just need to wait for it to buffer.

and if you still insist on saving dozens of gigs of porn on your computer regardless of its futility, don't tell me you can't afford any software besides windows media maker or that it won't run on your computer.

go download gordian knot, virtualdubmod, or avidemux right now. then visit redtube and tell me rapidshare doesn't suck.

by the way, you can not only skip inside files, but on a site like redtube, you can preview the clip just by putting your cursor over the thumbnail.

My original intent was to use redtube, xtube and youporn when they first came out. All three of them suffered the same problems. I don't know if it is this way anymore, but I would try to upload and if it ever worked (which it sometimes would fail during upload, but not before 10-15 minutes was wasted), the site would take SEVERAL DAYS for the file to be viewabe. In fact there were quite a few files that appeared to have loaded successfully, only to NEVER show up anywhere on the site.

Why would I want that headache?

I'm sure they have probably fixed all their bugs by now, or maybe not. But in the mean time, Rapidshare became popular, and it was easier for ME to do it that way. People complained about it but as soon as I Megaupload was introduced to me, I started using that.

10-15 wasted minutes doesn't seem like much compared to 2-3 wasted hours in windows media maker.

I admit to being baffled by all this. The fact is that 80% of the porn uploaded to boards is on Rapidshare. 15% is on Megaupload and the balance on all the smaller sites.

If you plan to download any quantity of porn, paying the few pence or cents a day RS or MU demand seems like a sensible decision to me. It's certainly nothing compared to the cost of an ordinary site membership and you get access to many, many times the content without the hanging about to d/l free members complain about.

What's with the obsession with getting the stuff absolutely free? You could afford RL or MU prices if you were on benefits.
