This guy was real, I believe. The movie was made in 1979 was marketed in
Club and Club International magazine. This was way before photoshop and prosthetics like the ones used by Raunch-O-Rama in their videos.

Lon Chaney ring any bells? The Phantom of the Opera - 1925, Frankenstein - 1931, on and on...The technology to do what you saw in that video has been here for well over a hundred years and probably much longer.

I have no idea for sure - sure looks like a fake prosthetic to me and I'd bet the farm on it - for no other reason than the guy never went on to do much else - BIG red flag. This during a time when everone was looking for the next John Holmes.
