It can Davis if you don't pay attention and you over pump. You should always do warmups and stretch before pumping and then watch your overall temp of the head and color when you come out of the tube. It should be warm but if it is cool or cold you are doing it way too long and could get some discoloration.

Actually, vacuum pumping pulls melanin into the skin of your penis. the more melanin you have, the darker your penis will become.
