Being members of the Lifestyle (Swingers - for any that don't know), I've noticed that one-on-one sex is still good, but it's not so electrifying as before (whatever one-on-one partner, old or new, I'm with).

A warning to those that have not shared a partner or been involved in groupsex at all.

Not only can it become addictive, but it can also make you want (or at least only be fully satisfied with) sex of that nature.

Strait sex can become a little like a boiled egg without a pinch of salt.

Has anyone else experienced this and does it last forever?

On the contrary. I found the contrast between group sex and one on one sex has only heightened my appreciation of both, and I've been enjoying both for a number of years.

I agree with Kevin4sex. My wife and I have been swinging for several years and enjoy one-on-one sex with each other just as much as ever. Sex with others is icing on the cake!

I've enjoyed one-on-one sex for years, and group sex for years. Neither has diminished my appetite for the other. With one-on-one sex, I can really focus on my partner. During group sex, I can enjoy receiving attention from multiple partners, and enjoy being part of a team pleasing a shared partner. Each has its own charms.

It has always been my (untested) theory, that once a couple has established their relationship a solid. Being solid is important, as I have been a part and have witnessed people who are just together because they don't want to be alone. So a solid couple where trust, love and desire for one another is like breathing to them, that if/when they add others it would enhance the intimacy between the two.
