I'm guessing you're located in the UK, because eBay
in the States certainly allows you to list 'mature audience items'.
eBid in the UK
will permit you to list any legally available adult material apart from R18-rated videos and DVDs.
There are any number of specialist 'adult' online auction sites, including kinkybids.com, ebare.com, sexualbids.com, etc. etc. --- although these are much less used than eBid, with only kinkybids having a worthwhile number of bidders imho.
Be aware that you cannot accept Paypal payments for adult items on
any auction site, though, as this would contravene Paypal policy (and they actively check for such infringements).
