Where can I get large cardboard boxes

Throwing all my junk into a cardboard box is probably the only way my cardboard box of a room is ever going to be clean. How might I obtain such a box?

is part of a discussion in the Et Cetera, Et Cetera forum that includes topics on Off-topic postings, current events, rants and raves....

Go to a shop and ask for some. I used to do as much when I would 'ride' the flattened boxes down very steep hills. Fun times.

I thought I was the only one that did that. Get a really big hill with some long leaf pines and you'll fly

Yeah, there used to be this one hill that had had the grass removed and it was bare hard soil. You could pick up some speeds on that

Try your friendly neighborhood McDonald's.

I know when I worked there we would always give away our fry boxes.

haha. this is totally off topic, but that reminds me of when i was younger. me and my brothers used to ride sleds down the big hill at my grandparents' house during fall when all the leaves were on the ground...one day my grandpa was outside working and he called us over. he was like "here, put some grease on the bottom. you'll go faster." sighs...such great memories.
