I guess this is normal: Hang low when they are warm and have loose clothing on, but, high and tight when involved in physical activity: from work to working out to jacking off. Temperature change totally affects them. Hanging off the ledge if in a sauna!

loose and lowhanging..not huge eggs, but decent size..not small either...can't really remember them being always hig and tight to my body. must have been those boxers in my youth..before they were in style.
My shaved balls usually hang low and even lower, when the weather is hot. But, when it's freezing outside, or I'm swimming in cold water, they tighten up.
Mine have been called large, but I don't hang particularly low. They never rise up either like I've heard happening when some guys get aroused or are cumming. Usually about the same unless I'm really cold when they tighten up and my sack gets "tougher".
depends if they are hot or cold. if it's hot outside or I just got out of the shower, they hang pretty low. if it's cold, they are usually pulled close.
