I was born with what I think was a mild case of it, similar to what you've described. Between the ages of about 4 and 7 I had to have a series of three operations to correct it. All necessitated being in hospital for about a fortnight, during most of which I would be unable to pee having a tiube stuck up me, and a cage to lift the bedclothes clear of my dick. I don't think nowadays the problem would be judged severe enough for surgery but this was nearly forty years ago and the then family GP thought I'd benefit from hacing it done.

Returning to one of the ficticious stories, of which I'm awaiting the next exciting installment, I wonder if Peter ever had it with his Pipe? Just a thought...
