Akamai Outage?

I'm getting anonymous reports from many people that akamai just had a major name server outage. This may be geographically different dependent on where you are, but here microsoft.com is down! And so is youtube and several other sites.... If you're seeing outages post here. I'd love to see just what the geographical differences are.

No problems accessing them from here.

at about 5:30 they went back live. no problems so far.
