Formulaic and all of their songs sound the same?

I agree completely. Why just yesterday, as I listened to Thunderstruck, I couldn't help but reflect on how truly awesome AC/DC is and that I should be thankful that it's not like so many other bands that have aged...ungraciously.

Personally, I love AC/DC... it's such straightforward, balls-to-the-wall ROCK; hell, even Angus himself admits to making the same album many times over!! sure, they use the same chords and drum patterns, but they do so in a way that's just so fuckin' COMMANDING... there's really no point in trying to look too deeply into it - for, after all, it's only rock 'n roll..

That's the spirit. We salute you!

Bon Scott's real talent was just being the fuckin best. He was never over the top, no pretensions, nothing. And he's still the greatest frontman in rock history.

Speaking of Aussies, everyone check out Airbourne. They seem to be heir apparent to AC/DC on the throne of kick-ass, in your face hard rock. North American tour soon, i hope.
