End of Xtube?

Just thought id throw the idea out there. I was recently reading a lot of hte major porn companies are taking on xtube in a similar style most major networks took on youtube and killed a lot of the content. However, youtube has survived because they signed on some networks and their site is so massive it can't quickly delete copyrighted material. Xtube on the other hand has recently taken down almost all non-sponsored copyrighted material :o

Thoughts?

I agree with that sentiment. Now xtube sucks because nothing is good on it anymore.

Bloody xtube, it's all 10, 15, 30 second promo shit for commercial porn anyways.

thre is still some good stuff on X-Tube...you just have to surf ...go to some of the profiles and look for fav vids

I post my stuff there because i love amateur porn but i've noticed its morphing into exactly what you describe! It pisses me off what they try to pass off as amateur, its always some barely legal teenage girl starting out in the business or pro porn people having sex in an "amateur situation"

the video quality shouldnt look like pro porn when its done out of your house from your computer cam. There is something novel about it and pro porn has destroyed yet another thing for me!

I usually watch porn on another venue because i cant find more than miniclips of everything. I hate the technicolor of porn.

Why bother with xtube ? Redtube in my opinion is a better porn site anyways.

Well, there are several trends on the Internet that are disturbing.

First, the changes in xtube. Because it's a free service, someone has
to pay the freight. Unfortunately, the increase in promotional videos
makes it more and more difficult to get to anything interesting that
average people put on there -- or, in some case, some not-so
average people.

Second, the future of youtube. Unless there is some kind of controls
on youtube as to the uploading of copyrighted material and the
increasing number of porn climps and vulgarity, someone is going to
shut off its water soon.

x tube now deletes all the good porn if its hot the x tube staff forbid it from showing porn has to be tragic to make it on x tube

Try Tube8 or redtube. Any others out there that we should know about?

I've always been a big fan of all the amateur stuff on Xtube - so the removal of the big studio stuff will be very lame, but it wont be the end of the site as we know it.
