I find that its mainly because they are shy/ashamed of their girly bits. They think it looks gross/ugly or that it stinks.

But I don't give head as much as I used to. So it doesn't bother me. Its weird when they want the lights off though. WTF is up with that?
Probably the same thing - low self esteem.
