I spoke with ChicagoSam shortly after this thread started. I will now share his thoughts.

He does not want to come back
He would like no more threads or posts started about him.
He wishes that his threads could be removed ( he checked they can't)

He's moved on and very happy! I talk to him on the phone and via e-mail quite frequently.
He just wishes all of this would STOP!
