I'm French and Spanish primarily with maybe a 1/16 Italian, and I don't think I'm hurting for size, and when I was in France, Spain, and Italy this summer I hit my fair share of beaches and none of the local men, even the fat ones, seemed to be hurting for size.

ETA: Although now that I think about, I would say that the Italians had more girth while the Spanish has more length; the French were some where in between . . . Maybe my Y Chromosome is Italian

having been around the world alot i would have to say over all the italians followed by greek seem to have the biggest, in girth, weight lenght and balls my god there are some whoppers around in italy so thick.

I used to agree with you about the Italians till I saw about a dozen or more on cam. Only one was what I would call huge or well hung. The rest was either avg or a little larger than avg. Maybe I just saw the wrong dozen. lol

I think I get what you're going after, but the question is not specific enough. You cannot think there are multiple caucasian (white) races; Nationality doesn't mean much since you will encounter the italian-french, russian-american, etc. Perhaps you want to ask the following:

"Men belonging to which caucasian, ethnic group are the most endowed?"

Man, this is DUMB DUMB DUMB. Race , let me say it slowly R-A-C-E, is a nonsense concept of classification long discredited. Add to that this nonsense about nationalities, damn so someone wins a war put a new line on a map and suddenly everyone living their is a new nationality, it doesn't alter them physically. Think about colonisation, Hmm, are Austrialians more hung than people from the UK? Umm with the exception of Aboriginals and later immigrants most Austrailians come from the UK, as convicts on a ship. The voyage didn't give them bigger dicks!!! Being Italian with a little German and British in me, I have to admit I love the whole "Italians have the bigest cocks" thing. I think that it is true that there are big and small cocks of all nationalities. But when I have be in Italy and Sicily, I do admit to being a little in awe of how soooo many of the men there were not small. now that is different from everyone being huge, but still it was surprising that almost everyone I saw (and I saw alot on nude beaches and elsewhere) was not small. a lot of thickness. and I did see some exceptionally big ones too. some maybe as a whole Italian men are not huge..but they are just not small either...a very healthy better than average!
