We’re disgusting creatures (or not, depending on your standpoint), by habit. I believe that water sports are more common than we care to think; there’s a strange fascination with urine. As a Clinical Laboratory Microbiologist, I learned that there is really no way to sanitize an asshole. In contrast, urine is sterile. I agree that it probably shouldn't be ingested in large amounts (it exists as a body's method of getting rid of excess salt, metabolized toxins, etc.) But people peeing on other people, and even in their mouths, carries no health risk as far as I am aware.
