No I think it's quite average sized and being gay I can tell you that it will do it's job quite well - it seems kinda fat though and that might explain some of the trouble you are having!

The foreskin does losen up as you grow old, but not for all - if you feel pain when you get hard you might have to consider seeing your doctor. For a start though, why not use some lubrication or lotion when you jerk off, that might prove helpful as it makes things slide a little easier :o)

Size sounds unusual, your length at 6.5 inches and 11.5 inches girth, one thick cock man.

Either way you are not small, perhaps in the average length, but that's fine, and if the girth is right, then really big around.
