Is it possible...?

My girlfriend and I have been doing the horizontal limbo for a while now, and have taken every precaution we can think of but are going through a pregnancy scare right now, and I'm trying to figure where we may have gone wrong. we ALWAYS use a condom, no exceptions, and we've never broken one. I pull out before I cum, even with the condom. After the condom comes off we make sure theres no genital to genital contact. She can't use the pill because of a history of blood clots in her family, caused by the pill. The only thing I can think of is sometimes I'll lay on my back and she grinds against me, so I'm wondering if its possible if any sperm in my precum could have snuck it's way in? Or if its possible to have gotten her pregnant if i accidently inserted just a little bit, I don't know if i even made it all the way in, my head certainly didnt get in. When this whole thing passes over, no more sex! I don't need this kind of stress!

Anything is possible. You said it's a pregnancy scare, which tells me you don't even know for sure if she's pregnant... what makes you guys think she is?

No method of birth control is absolutely 100% there are even cases on record of women who've had hysterectomies getting pregnant - get her to take a pregnancy test, the sooner you know the more time you have to decide what you want to do.

definantly go through this monthly bro.me and my girlfriend decided not to have sex for a while because the worry is to stressful. as for your situation, i am exactly like you and very cautious..just dont be worried until the period is like 3days late...for real..theres is nothing you can do at the moment because its to early for a pregnancy test..relax and let things pan out..figure out when her period is supposed to come and just wait....dont stress to much for now..trust me just relax

I was going to say lose your gf and get an older woman that has had a hysterectomy, and then the above was posted.

yea dude just relax. i know exactly how u feel. i've had a few pregnancy scares before with my gf and in the end i was shitting bricks for nothing. if she does turn out to be pregnant, consider it a blessing. remember, life doesn't always go the way u plan it, but that doesn't mean it won't end up being just as great as u expected.

To all the men who posted before me: Y'all are not helping! The OP is 19! Getting pregnant is not an acceptable nor viable option for him or his girlfriend right now.

If you are both nude that can be a possibility. Or if its possible to have gotten her pregnant if i accidently inserted just a little bit, I don't know if i even made it all the way in, my head certainly didnt get in. Oh yes, the good old, "oh babe, I'll only put the head in . . . I swear." Sorry, I was just having a flashback. When this whole thing passes over, no more sex! I don't need this kind of stress! Dude, You seem to have taken the adult approach to contraception which is admirable. Swearing off sex is not the answer. The truth is, sometimes accidents happen and as Spoiled Princess has said no method of contraception is 100%.

Those can also be symptoms of ovulation. Until she is at list 7 days late most over-the-counter pregnancy tests won't even work. I've been told by friends and a frantic call eons ago to the 800# on the back of the EPT box, it is possible to get a false negative. However, no one ever gets a false positive.

hahaha I'm guessing that's not something the OP is willing to do. Just out of curiosity how does one effectively target only women who have had hysterectomies?

It depends on the girl, hormone levels and all. Condoms aren't 100% effective either... lol maybe you should get clipped. Little bit painful, but no babies.

I don't mean to be a dick or anything, but isn't it theoretically possible that she cheated on you?

Many weeks. Some women for no good reason will skip periods even if they were like clockwork before. Stress, diet, and a variety of other factors can make periods late by anywhere from a few days to weeks to, in some cases, months. The only way to tell if she's pregnant is a pregnancy test. You can take those as early as a couple days before she expects her period, but like NJQT said, you can get a false negative in that case.

Her symptoms could be entirely explained by PMS. Your best bet is to wait until a day or two after she expects her period and take a urine test. Follow the directions on the package exactly. If that's negative, you should be okay. If she doesn't have her period in another week, take another test. But most likely if she isn't testing positive when her period is due, she's not pregnant.

Not true at all. Most women in their lives, at some point, will skip 1 or more periods entirely for no good reason. In fact, most gynecologists won't even want to see you about missing a period unless it's been over a couple months or so.
