I'm not saying that I think talking or thinking about girls of a younger age than what the law says is ok is wrong or right. That's for you and you only to decide. Peace! | Speaking as one who has spent a considerable amount of time in a law library--you could fill a large library with all our laws and rules and if you think we aren't the land of the free try living in Soviet Russia, Saddam Hussein's Iraq, or even China, Cuba, or Iran right now.

This site is hosted in the U.S. making it subject to U.S. laws.
(It does not matter what the age of majority is where YOU live)
Please do not discuss in a sexualized manner any person less than 18 years of age.
Please do not post pics of someone less than 18 years of age.
Please do not post links to pics of someone less than 18 years of age.
Please do not post pictures (or links to pictures) taken of someone before they reached 18 years of age regardless of their present age.
I don't know how to be any clearer.
Thank you. | I have to side with LPSG on this matter I have a couple forums of my own that are adult oriented, but like LPSG since I am located in the US and my hosting is based in Canada I have to abide by the laws of the US and Canada, my members get really pissed and edgy and I have to explain all the legal technical stuff, I think Gillette and all the mods have made themselves 100% clear. I know of one site where the hosting account has been suspended and the website is down because they were allowing their members to upload child porn, lets not allow this to happen to LPSG. alex8.5 is | The law is the law. Do not speak or write about men and women under the age of 18. It's not brain surgery. The politicians make the laws, and we all know how friggin' stupid they are. |

It's a federal law, and it's even more serious than the initial one regarding age. Basically, it adds an element similar to kidnapping to the charges. Taking someone across state lines for illegal intent, will get you into some serious trouble.
Back on topic... Why are people spending so much time trying to find loopholes in this issue? "Can I discuss it this way...? What if I discuss it that way...? But in MY state it's..." It's the policy of this site to have zero tolerance for any sexual connection, via discussion, images, etc., to someone under the age of 18.
It's the site policy. It's to protect the site from possible legal actions/closure. Don't test the line/mess it up for everyone. Done!
Sheesh! | Forget the trolls, call me when the FAKES are gone. (They, and their enablers, are the real detriment to the site.)

mindseye is | I posted this in another thread, but wanted to give some insight into why we bar pictures that are freely available on other sites: Quote: |
At the time those pictures were taken, he was a minor in the eyes of courts having jurisdiction over LPSG (regardless of what the law in the UK says), and this is covered by 18 USC 2252 and 18 USC 2256 instead. One of the factors that courts have to decide is whether the genitals are shown in a "lascivious" manner; and previous court decisions have taken the picture's context into account -- meaning that a picture of a naked African child in National Geographic might get a pass, while the exact same picture in Hot African Uncut Dicks might not. Similarly, pictures of Daniel Radcliffe naked on stage may safely be posted at British Theatre Review, but put the Large Penis Support Group at risk.

Gabriel is | It seems to me that the only reason people have a problem with this is because it's a "law." If that's your problem, if you have some bone to pick with "the man," or you want to stick it to society, look at it this way; it's LPSG's rule. You don't like it? Find a new board.
That simple.
Whether or not it was perfectly legal in the US, Turkey, Japan, Istanbul, Haiti, or whatever your country/province of choice, LPSG says no. Respect it. |

Plus, I dont' think ALOT of people want to hear about sexual encounters with younger people. There are other sites if that's your Jones. | Here here, totally agree. Being a father of 3 children, I don't want to hear about any pedophiles fantasy about a child sexually. In fact hearing about it makes me want to fantasize about beating the fu*k out of the scumbag thinking or fantasizing about it! |

frizzle is | Depends on how you judge a child as seeing as let's be honest most 15-17 year olds have more sexual experience knowledge then the rest of us! | ~ And as I tried to get her to speak I realised that the little girl was not asleep,
I moved her hat to find that her face was grey, Her knickers wrapped around her ankles It's not funny! ~

SpoiledPrincess is | No they don't frizzle. The line has to be drawn somewhere and I think 18 is pretty much the only place it can be drawn, at that age most people are mature enough to talk sensibly about sex on a sex site, although if you drop by the chat room you'll see that many over 18's turn into dirty sniggering little school boys when the word cunt is mentioned.

frizzle is | To be honest I don't see a problem it on a personal, but I understand on a legal standpoint so I'm not complaining.
Just remember people under 18 aren't always kids, infact all of my sexual partners have been under (between 15-17) when I was roughly the same age. I'm just exploring the debate of maturity fastening in young uns in todays society. | ~ And as I tried to get her to speak I realised that the little girl was not asleep,

SpoiledPrincess is | No they're not all kids, but there has to be a cut off point somewhere doesn't there? The kids I see now of 12 or so are mature beyond their years in some ways, but in other ways they're much less mature than someone in their 40's was when they were 12. They seem to be much more sexually aware, but much less able to deal with the consequences of their actions.
