Never happened to me.

But it did happen to a guy next to me at the urinal once. He got his balls caught and not his cock and he was howling like you could imagine. I asked him if he wanted me to go for help but he said no. He eventually emerged (this was at work) almost an hour later looking very flushed and sweaty.
