This heinous attack on an innocent woman is a sad statement aboutAmerica's young people. There is another thing that distrurbs me here, her boyfriend was there and appears to have not done much to save here from this fate.

This is the result of the "Don't snitch" phenom that has been going on in the city for years. The states attorney has desperately tried to get people to break the silence but they are petrified. You are looking at mental illness in epidemic proportions as well. Young people with no one who guides them in the right direction fall prey to those who will create the family atmosphere for them, gangs. It is multifaceted and difficult to pinpoint. It isnt just one thing.

What I want to know is where were the parents and why wasn't a belt applied across someone's backside at an early age?
