Unabear09.... Una stands for the university that I go to (when I can afford it) University of North Alabama......bear comes from the way my body is shaped, 6'5" tall 280lbs, and relatively hairy....09 is the year that I had anticipated graduating from college (not looking like that soon though)

Peaceful: I got discharged out of the Army as a conscientious objector. Didn't believe killing people could really be justified that much, so I got out.

Kancer: When getting out of the Army, obviously, my command/supervisors thought that I was a sissy. My manager (Command Sergeant Major) called me Cancer of his Unit.

So I combined the ideas, and made Peaceful-Kancer.

For the record: danny for obvious reasons. mawg = Middle Aged White Guy. Has nothing to do with my avatar. I saw it in William Gibson's "Pattern Recognition", but upon Googling just now reminds me that John Candy's character in "Spaceballs" was a half man/half dog = Mawg.

The sharp eye will see that I changed my username from dannyhorse shortly after I got here. After I realized that there were so many "horse" names, and my size was not quite in the "horse" percentile.
