Anabolic steroids and/or HGH shrink your balls, not your dick. In fact I've seen and heard plenty of evidence that it actually makes your dick bigger, especially if you've already got one on the bigger side.

Here are some pics of Mark McGwire that I intended to post that day but never got around to. They are caps from a Cardinals game on ESPN in 1998 that I actually remember watching.
