Iono, if i had to say the best thing, it would be the attention I get from girls, and the envy from my guy friends after we worked out in the locker room.

Maybe just the sole fact knowing i'm not a below average guy? who knows...

but eh...things can go wrong all day, and its ok cuz i smile and remember that i have a big penis =) haha.

In my own estimation, hands down and without question, the best thing about being very well endowed is never having to feel insecure about something almost completely out of your own control. Looking at posts from other guys on this site and other places who OBSESS about this, I'm very glad that I've got that one less thing to worry about.

So short answer... peace of mind. best thing.
