Go and see a doctor face to face. He's more likely to give you an acurate diagnosis of something because he can see the problem in the flesh (so 2 speak) lol

I'm not a Doctor...but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night...

But, in all seriousness, it's probably something you should speak to a Doctor about face to face.
