People on here (especially guys) certainly like to brag and bullshit, BUT they surely dont like to leave their house to meet you. Maybe cause they are FAKE? Who knows. So I learned to not take this seriously, not to expect anything, and go with the flow. Just look at it as a time-killer, and entertainment. Well, like I said in a previous post, I don't come here to hook up but have had several offers. I can only assume that they were honest about their invitations but since I declined I won't know for sure. Out of the dozen or so offers, three were from married males wanting to watch me and their wives (I saved the pm's). Some was from fm's and the rest from males. It doesn't appear to be hard (pardon the pun) to find someone on this site for sex but if I don't know you well enough I won't get together with you. That is why I don't come here for hooking up with someone. But like I said the cyber sex can be very very good.

I've never really thought that seriously about hooking up on LPSG, because living in the most isolated city in the world I find that there generally isn't that many people near me on this sort of website. I do know some hooking up goes on.

In terms of real life hookups, I think people generally have much higher standards than who'll they'll have a dirty conversation with online. People want to feel safe and they don't want to risk that for anything but quality.

It causes the catch 22 of online interactions; If someone is attractive enough that you want to meet up with them, many other people want them as well. Because of this, the most attractive can choose the best from a large pool, especially if you're a real woman (definitely a minority here) or abnormally well hung good looking gay guy.

I know there are some women on here that have met guys from the site, but they're often very discrete about it (unless it becomes a relationship), because they don't want other guys knowing they do... mainly because that would invite a deluge of "me too".

What? There are way more gay or gay-leaning/gay-friendly openly bi guys here than straight guys. At the very least among active posters, if not in general.

That said, this isn't expressly a hookup site. Even if I suspect that's part of what Mark created it for six or seven years ago or whenever. But whether that was the original creator's ulterior motive or not, it was never mission #1 of the site and still is not. It's a support site. Most of the support offered here is in the form of sharing words or pictures online.

Not everyone here is all talk. If you're only hanging out in certain sections of the board, perhaps the majority of people you run into there are. and there are MANY fakers here, though most of them are pretending to be straight women.
