I think I invented Goth in 1974 when my dad wouldn't let me go to a family wedding wearing black so I stayed home and sulked instead.

I've always worn a lot of black since age 11 (school uniform was black!),when I left school I got a motorbike and black leather jacket.I had black pvc trousers in 77 - 78. Before you ask,no I don't have any photos!
My clothes were punk,I thought the goth crowd were a bit beyond the pale... (sorry,I couldn't resist )
