I don't really get any sexual pleasure out of it, but I do it sometimes because TM likes it so much. My breasts aren't quite big enough, so I have to push them together with my hands, and my hands form the top of the "bridge." In the past we have used lotion as a lubricant for this. The pleasure I get is vicarious enjoyment of his happiness.
