What does everyone think about hair on a man's body?

I was wondering what everyone's preference on body hair is? I'm pretty young but have a good amount of it. Not sure why. I am Italian by heritage, but no one else in my family is particularly fuzzy. I've always had an issue taking off my shirt because I always hear how much women are grossed out by it.

Thoughts, experiences?

Personally I like hairy men; but I don't care for back hair, few women do. I have no idea when the pendulum in Hollywood and in porn will swing back to men who aren't smoother than a babys bottom all over but I hope it's soon.

Unless you are a competitive swimmer or biker leave your leg and underarm hair alone! I do prefer to suck shaved balls but other than that I say leave it.

Why don't you post some pics so we can make a more fair assessment?

I prefer a man to leave his body hair alone although I don't like back hair or shoulder hair. I do have a preference for a less hairy guy but hair doesn't much bother me unless he's like Chewbacca's more hirsute brother.

I get hair just about everywhere. SP's response above is pretty cliche. "I like my man hairy and natural... just so long as they don't have hair here. ewwww."
There are lots of girls out there who don't even like chest hair. Nobody seems to mind making me feel self-conscious about it, and I am.
Every time I get compared to Chewbacca I feel a little less sympathy for girls who are told they're disgusting for not shaving their pubis.

I think with the increasing popularity of hair removal among men hair on men will get less and less popular with women until the time when it achieves novelty through rarity.

I'm completely biased. I like women hairless from the eyelashes down though a trimmed landing strip is OK and I like men nice and furry. I'm not big on super furry back hair but some gentle whisps pointing down to the crack is quite sexy.

20 years ago, my dear friend Lori told me that the hair on my back was gross. I had hair clippers and she wanted to buzz my back. I let her do it and it felt great being free of all that hair. She has faithfully buzzed my back every 2 - 3 weeks for the past 20 years. What a pal!

I've experimented with trimming all my hair head to toe. I've tried shaving my entire crotch with a razor. I like to keep the hair trimmed on the trunk of my body year round. I only trim the legs and arms in the warmer months. I don't do it for looks; I do it for comfort and odor control. Hair holds odor, especially the underarms.

It's a personal call. Groom yourself the way you like.

I suppose by the time you're 20 you have some idea about whether you'll be hairy or not. But there are surprises as you grow up.

I remember thinking that I was going to be very hairy because I was the first boy in my class to have hairy legs, but in fact after about 16, that was the end of hair development, so even now I have no hair on my chest, unlike my father or mother's brothers.

So you may not turn out particularly hairy afer all.

i like a guy to be natural if he is hairey thats fine smooth is ok too. it is weired i like a young guy either way but older guys with a smooth chest are not as hot as hairey chest!

As far as I'm concerned, if my partner is hairy, that's great. If my partner is smooth, that's great. As long as I don't feel like I'm making love to sandpaper man, I just enjoy whatever he happens to have. I do prefer lightly hairy men.

My boyfriend has the most absolutely perfect hairy body. I love just rubbing my hands on his chest!

I like body hair on a man. Chest hair usually turns me on no matter how much there is. I'm often into guys with slightly fuzzy legs and asses. I also like guys that are smooth all over but have very hairy forearms. Mmm!

I'm very tactile so it's another texture for sensation. Hair is a fine thing with two exceptions. If it's growing out of your nostrils or ears expect to be pinned and plucked.
