But here is the deal. Once the bladder is tired of holding it, at least for me, that erection will start going away eventually. When that happens it is wise to get to a toilet unless you are into watersport sex.

I agree with what many other people have said, when I masturbate or have sex with a full bladder, my erection is harder, the feelings are incredible, my orgasm is more intense, my ejaculation is more forceful (i.e., I shoot farther), and I produce a greater quantity of semen. Normally when I cum I'm a dribbler, but if I cum with a full bladder, I'm more likely to shoot a couple of feet.

On the other hand, my ability to delay my orgasm is reduced, because the sensations are so strong I can't hold back. If I stop to pee before having an orgasm, which I often do, I lose my erection a bit and the sensations aren't as good when I get back to it.

I agree that an orgasm with a full bladder can sometimes be more pleasurable but if someone is holding it until their back/kidneys hurt, serious damage can occur. If your body says "go pee" then go. I'll echo the problems with full bladder. The bladder can become so stretched that it is incapable of emptying completely causing chronic bladder infections.

Holding your urine past a certain point will damge the ureters, tubes leading from the bladder to the kidneys.

The human body is supposed to be designed so that a guy will lose control of their kidneys and piss and it doesn't matter if the dick is in a pair of pants or not. The bladder will act on its own, or that is the way it is supposed to work. Sometimes people can enlarge their bladders by holding their uriine. Other guys can not.
