All of them have been cut except Eric Bana who has no genitals at all.

There are a few stories about Keanu Reeves - some say neither he nor River Phoenix were circumcised but went when they were old enough and had it done together. Some say this is crap - i dunno!

That is almost correct. Orlando's biological father, Colin Stone, was not Jewish but his adoptive father, South African Harry Bloom (whom he believed was his biological father for many years) was.

Edward Norton is definitely circumcised. You can tell from the shower/rape scene in American History X.

Joaquim Phoenix is uncut, so you can put him on your list.
