weird question

hi guys, im not really all good with the gay lingo, so heres my situation...my gay friend calls me "pa" i assume that more latin guys might have a better insight to this...but i just wanted to know if that makes him fem....so yea if someone could answer this for me...thanks!

I don't think it has anything to do with homosexuality.

Might be short for "papi," which is a popular term of endearment for male friends in the Latin culture, I believe.

It's affection. If he were my friend, he'd call me 'ma' with complete disregard for any attraction (or lack therof) between us. It's just a term of endearment, and not "gay lingo".
