Yes, I would love to sing vocally too. I'm a bit scared to practice though, maybe the fear that I can't is stopping me from even attempting... ;\
BTW. I got C by constant masturbation without regular ejaculation (6-18 hours at a time... if you can't endure then just take long breaks to calm excitement). The painful pressure just kept on inflating them.
