Im also old enough to remember the first time MTV premiered as a station as a new channel.

In ~1965 I went on my first flight at age ~9 and my dad took a picture of me in front of the plane. I have that picture: I was wearing a jacket! It was June and at West Palm Beach so the weather would have been quite warm.

The plane was an Eastern A/L 727 and the word "Whisperjet" is visible on the No. 2 intake. Anyone remember EAL calling their 727's Whisperjets?
