You overestimated by a bit, but not any huge amount.
I usually just say I'm 6x5. The 6" length is bone pressed and the 5" girth is at the widest point. Maybe ~5.5x~4.75 would be more accurate as some here don't think bone pressed is fair, or that going by the widest point is fair. Even though many here do it that way...
Pictures with no true physical reference don't give much idea of size.
That's with anything, not just penises...
