I have been looking around at the gallery and in porn and realized that mens nipples are all diffierent. I am 24 and fat so I have man boobs that I hate but I ignore them. When I go to get in the shower and look in the mirror I wonder why the outer ring of the nipple on me is big when looking at men in the street on tv or where ever.

I'll call that a vBulletin fart.I think you're referring to the areola [uh-ree-uh-lah] which is the flat but darker skin surrounding the nipple. The nipple is separate even though people often conflate them.
