I once heard of two women in the 70's that were band groupies and would make cast's of famous singers dongs, they had a real range from big to small, but there's were cast in plaster of paris!

She did rock stars (i once offered to let her do mine... she said thanks but no thanks...only does celebrities). One of her most famous casts (and purportedly "biggest") was that of Jimi Hendrix.
