Why do you (and others) suggest psychological underpinnings when the physical explanation does well enough? Occam's razor you know.

I think that ear piercing in babies is fine. It can be a cultural thing. It is not mutilation and the peircing can close on it's own. It also helps you see if a baby is female or male. Sometimes they really all do look alike.

I was well into high school before I ever saw someone with an uncut dick. I found it absolutely fascinating, but I thought he was the one who was missing something, i.e. the experience of having his penis "normalized." Hi Mr. Finn. You are right. Once you've been clamped, you will never have the penis you were born with. But it can be better than it is. I'm proof. I was very tightly cut. I didn't even know my scar was a scar until I was in my thirties. I just thought everyone must have a two-tone penis. Restoration does work, almost too slowly to recommend. If you are not tightly cut, you may be able to mostly fix it in two or three years.

The way they circ - cutting off as much mucosa as possible - it is meant to be permanent. If you were tightly cut, it is basically permanent - I'm more than seven years restoring now, but now it stays covered as long as I wear form fitting underwear so I've cut back to restoring part time. It won't stay covered reliably if I'm in the nude, but I'm satisfied that it works a whole lot better than it did before. Even as a teen I was desensitized. I could never orgasm more than twice in a session. Sometimes it can still take me a long time to orgasm, but orgasm feels much better now even than when I was in my teens.

Ditto! I'm not going to feel inferior because the anti circ movement uses propaganda to make others feel inferior for having been circumcised. It's all a smear campaign to make guys who were cut feel less than... It's just like the hair replacement, diet, foreskin "restoration", and weightloss industries. They're all trying to play on men's insecurities about their physical bodies no matter what so that they can profit either through advancing a political agenda or through actual monetary profits. It's just nastiness and greed.
