Penis bumps?

I have these bumps mostly on the base of my penis and when i like push the skin together they look like ice-pic acne scars?!?! I have had them as long as I can remember. Could they be that papilla thing?

get to a doctor and ask him...do not waste your time on here with monday morning quarterbacking...

I don't have them at my base but i have quite a few just under my helmet, my family doctor says it's normal. However I still would suggest you go to your doctor just in case.
