| Comment on my workout please Hi LPSG,
I am new to PE and I have been doing PE for about a week and a half. I am pretty small down there ( flaccid: 4x4 erect: 5.6x4.8) and I wanted to try PE for 2 months and see how it goes and if I can gain about a .5 inch for lenth and gain some girth.
Please comment on my workout so I know if I am doing too much or just enough:
Begin with 2 minutes warm-up with warm water.
Then I do three sets of stretching, 15 seconds each direction. And in between each set, I do 30 seconds of kegels.
Afterwards, I do 3 sets of jelqing, the first set I do 50 jelqs, and I had 10 for each set.
Afterwards I get fully erect and do squeezes and kegels at the same time.
Finally I finish off with another 2 minute massage with warm water.
Please let me know if I am doing alright.
