There's probably not much you can do to fix it. Stretching your scrotum might help but there are dangers in that too.
Getting is probably your best bet! Mine used to hide a lot when I was younger but now they never disappear. It was an odd feeling a lot like Jake describes, sometimes it would feel good but rarely, mostly it was just weird.
