A mans chest

I just turned 24 and I am fat but when I see guys in swimsuits and look at the chest there nipples are not as big as mine but there fat and have no man boobs. What do I have to do to get rid of the man boobs. Also I dont like durning the summer walking around without a shirt on. What can I do to get over the fear of being fat at a pool.

Try getting exercise and eating right. Be strict about it. I used to be fat myself. I lost all my fat in one summer when I was 13. I would be out all day everyday playing sports and making sure I eat more healthy, so no junk food. I got my results pretty fast from doing that. I never gained that weight back either. Just get as much exercise as possible. Eat healthy. And only eat till you're not hungry not till you're full.
